I have lived here going on 3 years, and I have nothing but good things to say. First and foremost, the manager is always there to assist with any and everything . She def keeps her word ! In addition, the maintenance team has always showed immediate attention whenever there is a concern and they never disappoints me when I run into issues that are out of my hands in my unit. None the less the team here as a whole create an environment worth living in!

Have been living in the community of New Orleans Park for a year now. I have got to say I made a great decision choosing this community. Since my first conversation over the phone with the management team I felt nothing but welcoming. The person I talked to was the property manager. Just by talking to her over the phone for a month before moving in without looking at the apartment first I knew this was the place for me. When meeting her for the first time face to face to meet she was a delightful person. The whole management team is all the same way.

I was looking for an apartment for my mom and New Orleans has turned out to be the perfect place for her. The property manager made the entire process seamless. She was extremely helpful in finding the perfect apartment and was always available for any questions we had. She went above and beyond to find an apartment that would suit my mother's needs and kept in constant communication with us. Very happy with our choice to come to New Orleans!

Our leasing specialist was incredible! Very informative, helpful, and responsive to any questions we had and worked to get us the best deal possible. She made the whole leasing process very easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend her!
